Pacemaker Model 300 Pneumatic Double Line Bag Sealers have a flat ribbon wire for the seal and a heated cut wire for trimming the bag. The cut wire trims the bag approx. 1/8" above the seal line made by the flat ribbon wire. Machines can also have TWO 1/8" seals, 3/16", or 1/4" wide without the trim. They also include a scrap blow-off unit for removing the trimmed scrap from the jaw area. Pneumatically operated via footswitch. Easily adjusted heat and dwell controls enable sealing bags/films up to 10 mil thick. Either Steady heat with surge for fast sealing or Impulse as your application requires. Power: 115V or 220V + air, 80-90 psi. Availiable in sealing lengths of 15", 20", 24", 30" and 36".
