Built at All Package Machinery Corp. for one of our customer's was this new weigh, fill and sealing plastic bag system
recommended for any free flowing dry material such as foods (fresh, frozen or dried), coffee,
electronic components, candy, grains, pills, plastic parts, seeds. etc.
Fill the hopper on top of the Tridyne Scale/Filler (Model F99 shown) with your product and the
computerized scale pre-determines the correct amount. Wicketted bags are loaded in the Vertical
Speedy Bag Packager and with the help of an air generator, the bag will be open and ready for
the product. Using the easy to operate foot pedal an accurate amount of your product dispenses
into the bag. The operator will then pull the filled bag off the wicket and insert into APM's Vertical
Conveyorized Band Sealer (Model VCBS 1/4TX shown) to render a 1/4" wide seal with trim. The
next bag will be ready for the operator to tap the foot pedal to repeat the process.
Stainless steel filler and speedy bag packager are designed for durability. The Vertical band
Sealer has Chrome plated sealing assemblies to reduce wear and increase machine life.
Package Applications for a wide variety of products and industries such as Food, Cosmetics,
Disposables, Electronics, Garden, Hardware, Toys, Medical, Hospital, and Pharmaceutical
products. This system is fantastic for Pasta, Dried Fruit, Candy, Small Parts, etc.
