The F-100-2x is a dual vibratory feeder that can be operated manually or automatically. Dual feeder systems are required for irregular sized products or weigh counted operations (for example, 100 count of wire nuts or 2 lbs of frozen broccoli). The intent is to string the product out to achieve controlled and consistent flow into the weigh hopper. Control elements are the same as the F-100 or F-100x with the addition of a second vibratory feeder for enhanced material handling capabilities. This machine is ideal for larger product sizes with weigh ranges from 5 lbs up to 20 lbs and uses a larger supply hopper to meet volume requirements or a bulky or large product.
